I am always amazed at the connections I make during the daily business of working on-line. Yes there are connections with colleagues and Facebook friends, but that's not what I'm talking about. When you write you open your mind to think of your topic through the readers view and not only the way you see it. What if during the course of writing the article you found yourself interested in learning more? If you dig a little deeper into the topic or something else in it that has you curious you could develop a product to sell or give away and provide a link to it instead of your homepage.

As your list gets longer you can cull it and begin with something that really excites you and keep building momentum onward and upward.
The skill of creating unique ideas can be developed by anyone over time. The key is to start.
What attracts the attention of paying customers? Learn what makes them buy. What are the cues that increase, not only traffic, but purchases? What does everyone want and why do they want it?
